Custom Sewn Products knows the importance of quality control. For this reason, we built an in-house testing lab where we can perform tests on materials, in-process checks on assemblies as required for certain contracts, or final product quality tests for customers unable to do so themselves. For example, we produce United States Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices. Each one of those devices has to go through rigorous assembly testing to meet Underwriter Laboratory’s high standard of quality.
